This year and a half old chalet with an incredibly beautiful yard including yard lighting is for sale at our holiday park. The magnificent yard is landscaped in such a way that you can maintain it without a green thumb or gardening wisdom.

A maintenance-free canopy with LED lighting and a glass sliding wall on one side was installed at the chalet, so that you can open or close the glass wall as you wish.

The luxurious holiday accommodation measures ± 55 m² and is situated on a rental plot measuring ± 280 m².

There is a luxurious garden house on the plot, as well as a wooden canopy where you can unwind wonderfully, for instance after a stressful week at work.

The entire plot is enclosed by a wooden decorative fence and green vegetation, so the children or pets won't be able to leave the plot. The wooden decorative fence has a small entry gate and a large one. The large entry gate allows you to drive your car onto the plot.

The plot has a private parking spot and you can walk right into Amerongen Forest from your plot.

The chalet has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a fully furnished bathroom.

The spacious master bedroom is equipped with mood lighting and a spacious built-in closet with sliding doors. The guest/children's bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and mood lighting.

The bathroom has a sink with storage options, a mirror, a design radiator, a spacious walk-in shower and an ivory-colored vanity.

The spacious L-shaped wood-look kitchen has a four-ring gas cooker with a mood-lit extractor hood.

From the spacious living room, you will have a view of the forest and you can walk straight into the yard through the French yard doors.

The entire accommodation has a PVC wood-look floor.

Extra information

This beautiful holiday home is very suitable for private use, but is also interesting for letting or a combination of the two. In case you would like to use the home yourself and have it rented out during the periods when you are not using it, it is possible to have everything taken care of for you. The park arranges the complete rental process of the home, such as the advertising campaigns, bookings, checking in and out, cleaning and pretty much everything involved in the rental process.

In order to take care of all of this for you, the park will ask for 25-30% of the rental revenues and the remaining 70-75% will be paid out to you monthly. You will also receive a code that allows you to log in to the park's website. This way, you can always check when and for how much your holiday home has been rented out. You can also block the periods when you want to use the home yourself here. You can do this as often as you want.
