This modern and well-insulated holiday home is for sale at our park. This fully furnished holiday home is suitable for one to four persons with a luxurious garden house in the same color scheme as the holiday home on the plot.
The modern holiday home is beautifully located in the grass and measures ± 55 m², is situated on a rental plot measuring ± 300 m², has a private parking spot and is enclosed with fencing.
The living/dining room is fully furnished, including with a three-person sofa, a comfortable chair, a flat screen TV with a TV cabinet with storage options, curtains, a four-person dining table with four dining room chairs and two extra stools.
The white wood look luxurious kitchen has a black scratch-resistant kitchen top, a four-ring gas cooker with an extraction hood with mood lighting, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a Senseo machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a combination microwave, a tilt-and-turn window with insect screens, a spacious washbasin with a pivoting faucet and storage cabinets with a soft-stop system.
The guest/children's room has two single beds with luxurious mattresses, a nightstand with mood lighting, a tilt-and-turn window with insect screens and storage options.
The master bedroom has a double bed with luxurious mattresses (can be separated into two single beds), two nightstands with mood lighting, a tilt-and-turn window with insect screens and a built-in closet with sliding doors.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a design radiator, a hanging toilet, a tilt-and-turn window with insect screens, a moisture extraction system, a washbasin with storage options and a mirror with mood lighting.
The entire holiday home has a PVC grey wood look floor, has an indoor central heating boiler with an energy-efficient boiler and there is is a large sliding door in the living room.
There is a luxurious and well-insulated garden house on the plot, in the same color scheme as the holiday home on a tiled foundation. The garden house has a washing machine and dryer connection.
The spacious yard has a private parking spot with room for two cars and the garden is enclosed by fencing. The yard has a tiled patio and is equipped with a four-person yard furniture set.
The holiday home has large windows with double glazing that provide the holiday home with lots of natural light. There are no thresholds in the accommodation.
The holiday accommodation is dug in, meaning you do not need stairs to enter it.
The bottom of the chalet is clad in maintenance-free insulation panels and an air circulation system has been installed. The air circulation underneath the chalet ensures that fresh air is supplied under the chalet constantly, to make sure no mold can grow.
The holiday home is built according to the regulations of BENG (built nearly energy-neutral), meaning it is exceptionally well-insulated and the luxurious holiday home is made of sustainable materials.
Permanent occupation is not allowed.

This beautiful holiday home is very suitable for private use, but is also interesting for letting or a combination of the two. In case you would like to use the home yourself and have it rented out during the periods when you are not using it, it is possible to have everything taken care of for you. The park arranges the complete rental process of the home, such as the advertising campaigns, bookings, checking in and out, cleaning and pretty much everything involved in the rental process.
In order to take care of all of this for you, the park will ask for 25-30% of the rental revenues and the remaining 70-75% will be paid out to you monthly. You will also receive a code that allows you to log in to the park's website. This way, you can always check when and for how much your holiday home has been rented out. You can also block the periods when you want to use the home yourself here. You can do this as often as you want.
